Reviewing Achievements, Driving Growth Forward|MAXGE 2026 Mid-Year Business Review Meeting Successfully Held

Amid the summer drive for excellence, MAXGE Electrical successfully held its 2026 Mid-Year Business Review Meeting on July 20, 2026. Senior and middle-level management teams gathered at MAXGE’s headquarters in Deqing, Zhejiang, to review business performance, align strategic priorities, and strengthen organizational collaboration.
The meeting concluded the first-half business review and established key strategic directions for the second half of 2026, focusing on operational improvement, manufacturing development, digital transformation, and corporate culture enhancement.

1. Performance Review|Delivering Results Through Execution and Commitment
During the meeting, department leaders presented comprehensive reports covering key areas including R&D, sales and marketing, manufacturing, supply chain management, quality control, and digital operations.
The teams reviewed achievements in global market expansion, electrical technology innovation, full-process manufacturing management, quality improvement, supply chain optimization, and digital system implementation, while identifying opportunities for further improvement.
In terms of business growth and market development, MAXGE maintained steady growth in the first half of 2026. Sales revenue increased by approximately 30% year-on-year, with key operational indicators achieving planned targets. Customer satisfaction reached 96%, reflecting continuous improvement in business quality.
The company continued to expand its global presence by developing emerging markets in North America, Eastern Europe, West Asia, and South Africa. MAXGE was recognized as an “Advanced Enterprise” by the Zhejiang Circuit Breaker Association. Meanwhile, the Smart Circuit Breaker Research Institute successfully passed the second-stage VDE TDAP certification, with testing data recognized by international authorities, further accelerating global certification processes.
MAXGE also received the “Specialized, Innovative Export-Oriented Enterprise” Award at the 7th AIWEI Awards, highlighting its growing international competitiveness and brand influence.
In product development, 14 major new product projects (25 products in total) are progressing steadily in 2026. Key products, including 125A multi-pole electronic RCBO, MCCB ELCB, and British-style metal enclosures, are being launched according to schedule, with several new products planned for market release from August.
In manufacturing development, MAXGE continued to enhance its production capabilities through the expansion of the sheet metal workshop, commissioning of the coating line, upgrading of the injection molding workshop, and optimization of assembly and testing lines. The integrated manufacturing process, from component production to finished product delivery, has been further strengthened, increasing overall production capacity by 10 times and providing solid support for efficient global order fulfillment.
Quality management was further enhanced through the achievement of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management System Certification, ensuring continuous improvement in product reliability and sustainable manufacturing.
In digital transformation, the Group-level management system project was officially launched, covering MAXGE’s Deqing and Wuhu intelligent manufacturing bases. Through digital tools, the company is integrating internal management processes and advancing standardized, efficient, and intelligent operations.
During the meeting, each department also analyzed current operational challenges and developed targeted improvement plans to enhance execution efficiency in the second half of the year.

2. Strategic Planning|Strengthening Manufacturing Capabilities and Building an Integrated Industrial Ecosystem
Based on the achievements of the first half of the year, MAXGE has defined its key development priorities for the second half of 2026, with a focus on manufacturing capability enhancement and industrial ecosystem development.
The company will continue to upgrade and optimize its two intelligent manufacturing bases in Deqing and Wuhu through production line improvements, lean manufacturing management, equipment efficiency enhancement, and capacity optimization.
At the same time, MAXGE will further strengthen its integrated manufacturing ecosystem, covering the entire process from core component development and production to final product assembly and testing.
By enhancing supply chain independence and manufacturing capabilities, MAXGE aims to build stronger competitiveness in global markets and provide reliable support for overseas expansion and long-term cooperation with strategic customers.


3. Culture Building|Strengthening Corporate Values for Sustainable Growth
At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Peng Sufu delivered an important speech, recognizing the dedication and achievements of the management team while outlining future priorities in corporate culture, organizational development, and talent cultivation.
