The SGM6RS-250 series measuring switch moulded case circuit breaker is a high-performance power distribution protection product of MAXGE manufactured in accordance with IEC60947-2 standard, dedicated to electric energy distribution and circuit fault protection for industrial and commercial power supply systems.
The SGM6RS-250 series moulded case circuit breaker adopts 3P pole configuration with 250A frame size, covering rated current of 100A to 250A, suitable for AC 50Hz power system with operational voltage up to 400V, rated insulation voltage up to 800V and rated impulse withstand voltage up to 8kV. It features rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity up to 50kA and service short-circuit breaking capacity up to 36kA, with optional zero arcing and non-zero arcing types, front plug-in installation design, stable mechanical and electrical endurance for reliable industrial power distribution protection.
To ensure long-term reliable operation of Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), follow strict maintenance protocols: Before work, disconnect power and verify de-energization while wearing insulated gear. Inspect housing for cracks and discoloration regularly, check and tighten wiring terminals in accordance with standard torque requirements. Operate the switch handle repeatedly to ensure flexible opening, closing and tripping reset function. Regularly check insulation performance and contact status, keep the product surface clean and dry, and conduct routine inspection and maintenance every half year or one year according to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
