SGC1-D 1811

An AC contactor functions as an automatic switching device that utilizes electromagnetic force to drive mechanical contacts for circuit connection and disconnection. It serves as the “remote control executor” in power systems, with its core capability lying in indirectly manipulating high-current main circuits (contact-side) through low-current control loops (coil-side). This mechanism resolves the challenge of direct human operation on high-voltage, high-current equipment, achieving a safe control logic of “controlling the strong with the weak”.

  • Compliant with IEC 60947-4-1
  • 9–95A rated AC-3 current, max 690V voltage
  • Contact material: Silver alloy contacts, outstanding conductivity and anti-ablation performance

Product
Description

SGC1-D Series II AC Contactor covers frame sizes from 09A up to 95A, rated insulation voltage up to 690V, stable performance under 380/400V and 660/690V power grids. The product adopts silver alloy dual-break contacts, featuring strong anti-ablation and high conductivity to extend electrical service life. Built-in arc extinguishing structure effectively suppresses electric arc during make-and-break. It complies with CE, CB and TUV certification standards, suitable for matching thermal overload relays to build complete motor protection control circuits.

The product supports standard DIN rail and screw fixed mounting, with wide wiring compatibility for flexible/hard wires of different cross-sections. The coil supports multiple global standard control voltages, with wide voltage tolerance against grid fluctuation. The enclosure is adapted to indoor conventional working environments within -5℃ to +40℃ ambient temperature, widely used in mechanical equipment, water pumps, fans, packaging machinery and other motor control occasions.
