MAXGE MCCB Options for Industrial Power Distribution
Published October 13, 2026 | Canton Fair in Guangzhou October 15–19, 2026
MAXGE offers molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) options for industrial and commercial power distribution. The range highlighted here includes fixed protection, thermal adjustment, thermal and magnetic adjustment, and two electronic trip unit versions. Compare the types below, then send your electrical requirements to our team for a product discussion.

Compare five MCCB protection types
SGM6-125 fixed MCCB family | SGM6s-160 thermal adjustable MCCB family | Thermal and Magnetic Adjustable MCCB
| Product or option | Protection type | What to review |
| SGM6-125 | Fixed MCCB | Match the fixed protection version to the circuit requirements |
| SGM6s-160 | Thermal adjustable MCCB | Confirm the available overload adjustment and ordered rated current |
| Thermal and magnetic adjustable MCCB | Thermal and magnetic adjustable | Confirm both adjustment ranges for the selected version |
| SGM6E-630 | Electronic MCCB with rotary settings | Review the trip unit functions and setting ranges |
| iSGM6E-800 | Electronic MCCB with LCD | Review the display, trip unit functions and exact configuration |
Fixed and adjustable MCCB options
SGM6-125 is the fixed MCCB option in this selection. Its dedicated product sample describes a 125 A frame with 3-pole and 4-pole versions. SGM6s-160 introduces thermal adjustment in a 160 A frame. The frame designation identifies the product frame; the rated current and complete order code must still be selected for the circuit.
Thermal adjustment lets the overload setting be selected within the range specified for that version. A thermal and magnetic adjustable MCCB adds adjustment of the magnetic protection setting. Bring the required protection settings to the discussion so our team can identify the relevant technical file and product version.
Electronic MCCB versions
SGM6E-630 uses an electronic trip unit with rotary settings. iSGM6E-800 is the electronic version with an LCD. The two control interfaces should be reviewed separately when comparing product options. Specify the trip functions, adjustment ranges and display requirements that matter to your panel or project.
Information needed for MCCB selection
The same frame size can be offered in different current, pole and breaking-capacity configurations. A complete selection therefore includes the model suffix and its technical ratings at the application voltage. Where your project specifies short-circuit performance, provide the required Icu and Ics values so they can be checked against the matching datasheet.
- Application voltage and frequency, required rated current and pole count.
- Required short-circuit breaking capacity at that voltage.
- Fixed, thermal adjustable, dual adjustable or electronic protection.
- Required trip functions, settings and any accessories.
- Installation dimensions, destination country and required documentation.
- Quantity, application and purchasing schedule.
