MAXGE Launches Group-Wide Digital Transformation Management Project
On June 8, 2026, MAXGE officially launched its Group Management Digital Transformation Project, marking a new milestone in the company’s digitalization journey.
Centered on the Deqing Manufacturing Base and involving Wuhu Manufacturing Base, MAXGE New Energy (Wuhu), Hangzhou MAXGE Intelligent Electric, and Yima New Energy (Wenzhou), the project aims to establish a unified, efficient, and collaborative management system across the entire group.
Guided by the strategic objective of “Unification and Foundation Building”, the initiative will accelerate management transformation and digital upgrading to support the company’s long-term growth and global development.
The project focuses on four key areas:
- System Integration – Deploying a new generation of Group ERP platform to unify finance, supply chain, cost management, and business operations.
- Smart Manufacturing – Expanding and optimizing MES applications to enhance production visibility, efficiency, and quality control.
- Data Governance – Establishing unified data standards and eliminating data silos across the organization.
- Ecosystem Collaboration – Implementing CRM and SRM systems to improve end-to-end collaboration across sales, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Upon completion, the project will enable deeper integration of people, processes, and data, creating a transparent, data-driven, and highly efficient management framework. It will also strengthen governance capabilities, operational excellence, and risk management while providing a solid digital foundation for sustainable growth.
