To ensure long-term stable operation, systematic periodic maintenance is required: Before operation, de-energize and lock out circuits; verify residual voltage <50V. Install anti-condensation devices when humidity (>80%); in dusty areas, clean monthly with ≤0.3MPa air gun. Enforce load current ≤80% rated value; prohibit (>270° rotation).
