SGLW30 Series Rotary Switches deliver 20A to 100A current capacity with 690V rated insulation voltage, supporting 3P/4P configurations and modular NO/NC/2NO+2NC auxiliary contacts. Features finger-safe design and IP20 protection for -25°C to +40°C environments. Complies with IEC 60947-3 standards and CE certification, enabling reliable circuit switching in HVAC systems, motor control panels, and power distribution units via panel/rail/screw mounting.

To ensure long-term stable operation, systematic periodic maintenance is required: Before operation, de-energize and lock out circuits; verify residual voltage <50V. Clean housing with a slightly damp cotton cloth, avoiding liquid ingress. Quarterly: inspect silver alloy contacts, remove oxidation with specialized rods; replace if pitting （>0.5mm）. Install anti-condensation devices when humidity （>80%）; in dusty areas, clean monthly with ≤0.3MPa air gun. Enforce load current ≤80% rated value; prohibit （>270° rotation）. Annually test insulation resistance with 500V megger (≥100MΩ); replace immediately if contact resistance （>200% initial value or insulation <10MΩ）.
