SGC1-D

An AC contactor functions as an automatic switching device that utilizes electromagnetic force to drive mechanical contacts for circuit connection and disconnection. It serves as the “remote control executor” in power systems, with its core capability lying in indirectly manipulating high-current main circuits (contact-side) through low-current control loops (coil-side). This mechanism resolves the challenge of direct human operation on high-voltage, high-current equipment, achieving a safe control logic of “controlling the strong with the weak”.

  • Wide voltage: 85%-110% Uc pickup
  • Optimized structure & IP20 shell
  • Dual-break contacts, 690V/95A AC-3
  • Modular auxiliaries free-combining
  • Extreme heat endurance, -5°C~40°C

Product
Description

SGC1-D AC Contactor delivers 95A, 690V switching capacity for 85%-110% pickup & 20%-75% dropout voltage. Supports 3/4-pole configs + NO/NC/2NO+2NC aux contacts. Features over/undervoltage, short circuit, surge protection per IEC 62196, with SEMKO/CE/CB/TUV certs. With IP20, -5~40℃ operation, and rail/screw mount, it ensures reliability in industrial motor control, power panels, automation.

To ensure long-term stable operation, systematic periodic maintenance is required: Perform contact carbon cleaning and arc chute maintenance every 6 months using anhydrous ethanol. Test electromagnetic coil resistance quarterly with deviations within ±10% and inspect core short-circuit ring integrity. Apply high-temperature silicone grease to lubricate armature pivots ensuring smooth operation from -5 to 40℃. Annually validate overvoltage undervoltage short-circuit protection responses. Continuously monitor housing temperature rise not exceeding 65℃ while keeping IP20 ventilation ports clean. Verify auxiliary contact signal delays under 20 milliseconds after every 5000 operations.
