MAXGE Electric covers an area of 80,000 square meters and now possesses 8 automatic production lines and more than 10 international advanced large-scale equipment, like automatic laser and various digital devices. In 2019, an industrial digital building for production will be built, and a number of intelligent lines will be added for production.
In journey towards automatic production lines MAXGE has achieved a important milestone to deploy automatic assembly line for MCB. The various assembly units of machine involves pick and place robots for base and cover placement, pin, calibration screws and nuts, knob & knob spring, latch & lubrication, U- Pin, Arc chamber assembly units.

We make 125A-1250A MCCBs in 6 frames & MCCBs are certified by KEMA. MAXGE Electric has a fully equipped laboratory to test circuit breakers in accordance with IEC standard. Electrical endurance test is being performed day to day basis to verify life of circuit breakers.Our circuit breaker designs are heavily built and raw materials, such as copper and silver, give the advantage of long electrical life far above the standard requirements.
Automatic Injection Molding
We have advanced automatic injection molding machines. Our main plastic parts are injection molded by ourselves, so we can strictly control the quality. Like base and cover, handle, transparent cover, lever, DIN rail mounting, etc. We have SOP, inspection card and inspection record for each component. Put our first qualified and unqualified ingredients for reference during injection. With these documents, our staff can easily handle the injection procedure.

Spot Welding Workshop
MAXGE electric has advanced spot welding workshop to produce subassemblies for MCB, RCCB, RCBO & MCCB. There are more than fifty sets of automatic spot welding machines with monthly production capacity is more than 2.5 million for MCB Thermal and Magnetic assemblies. Additional machines which we have are silver tip welding, braid compacting, coil winding, armature assembly. Spot welding is the most important process to determine the quality of circuit breaker to achieve high short circuit breaking capacity, accurate tripping characteristic and lower temperature rise during normal working. MAXGE attaches great importance to spot welding technology & continue to innovate, introduce new technology, and further reach new heights, to become a world-class intelligent electric brand.
Magnetic Relay Workshop
The magnetic release determines the final quality of the RCCB. The personnel who produce the magnetic release must be trained. The magnetic release workshop is equipped with various instruments and equipment. Staff must wear clean clothes. They can enter room A of the dust-free workshop after two air showers and purification, room A is equipped with a reverse osmosis machine to continuously provide high-purity purified water. Remove oil, iron filings and stains. Dry the preliminarily purified accessories in a digital air-drying oven in Room B, and the moisture on the surface and inside of the accessories fully evaporates. Unqualified magnetic steel accessories will be selected after putting all dry accessories into the box. Then rivet the accessories of the grid. . Each finished magnetic trip unit will undergo a full set of tests, such as thrust test. Then the qualified ones will be delivered to the RCCB factory.

From mold design to manufacturing and processing, we have a state of the art EDM, Wirecut, VMC machines & inspection tools to ensure that the mold can guarantee the feasibility and accuracy of the product.
