RCD and ground protection difference

In order to prevent the switch from malfunction caused by such deviation, the  residual-current circuit breaker sets the operating current higher (30mA for household use), so if leakage occurs, but the leakage current is less than 30mA (30mA is enough for people to feel pain), leakage The switch does not work - this is a deficiency of the leakage switch.
