Distribution box wiring

First, the general power distribution box into the line is the use of five-wire system, that is, A, B, C three-phase line (usually yellow-green color), all the way to the zero line (light blue color), all the way to the ground (color yellow with green stripe). Outgoing line as needed.

1, 220V load is generally take all the way to the line, all the way to the zero line, all the way to the ground.

2, 380V load, (such as 380V AC motor) three-phase full take, plus ground wire. (The neutral line is also required if the load has local control.)

3, there are special two phase 380V AC welder, any two-phase phase. Add a ground wire. Grounding lines are generally required to be connected, but many occasions (such as construction sites) are not connected. The general incoming line is the three-phase one-way 3PIN air breaker, circuit breaker, switch or other circuit breaker; the neutral line is pressed to the zero terminal block row and the ground wire is pressed to the ground terminal row. There is also a direct 4PIN circuit breaker to enter the line with the three phase line with the zero line, the ground line pressure to the ground terminal row.

Second, lighting distribution According to the size of the load, you can use all the way to the phase + all the way to zero + grounding line; or as the above power distribution 220V.

Distribution box installation method

1. When assembling the electrical box, when the distribution box is installed on the wall, it should be fixed with bolts (bulging bolts). The bolt length is generally buried depth (75-150mm), box floor thickness, nuts and washers The sum of the thickness, plus about 5mm of "headroom." For smaller distribution boxes, wooden bricks can also be embedded in the installation area (placed in the position of the four-hole mounting holes of the distribution box or switchboard), and then the distribution box or distribution box can be fixed at the wooden bricks with wooden screws. board.

2. Darkly-assembled electric boxes, and the distribution box is embedded in the wall to be installed. The holes reserved when building walls should be 20mm larger than the length and width of the distribution box. The depth reserved is the thickness of the distribution box plus the inner wall of the hole. Plastering thickness. When the distribution box is buried, the box body can be fixed with the concrete between the box and the wall.

3, distribution box should be installed firmly, horizontal and vertical, the vertical deviation should not exceed 3mm; concealed, the distribution box should be no gaps around the edge of the panel should close to the wall, the box and buildings, structures contact Some should be painted with anti-corrosion paint.

4. The spiral fuses installed in the distribution box should have their power lines connected to the terminals of the intermediate contacts and the load lines should be connected to the terminals of the threads. In this way, there will be no electric shock when handling the fuse. Ceramic plug-in fuses should be installed vertically.

5. AC, DC or power supply with different voltage levels in the distribution box should have obvious signs. In the lighting distribution box, the neutral line (N line) and the protection neutral line (PE line) busbars shall be set separately. The neutral line and the protection neutral line shall be connected on the bus bar, shall not be twisted and shall be numbered.

6. When the wire is led out of the panel, the panel hole should be smooth and free of burrs. The metal panel should be equipped with an insulating protective sleeve. The metal shell distribution box enclosure must be reliably grounded (zeroed).

Distribution box classification

1. Fixed panel switchgear, often called switch board or distribution board. It is an open-type switchgear with panel cover. It has a protective function on the front. It can still touch live parts on the back and side. It has a low protection level and can only be used in industrial and mining enterprises with low requirements for continuity and reliability of power supply. Substation centralized power supply.

2. Protective (ie, closed) switchgear, which refers to a low-voltage switchgear that is enclosed on all sides except the mounting surface. The electrical components such as switchgear, protection and monitoring control of the cabinet are all installed in a closed enclosure made of steel or insulating material and mounted on a reliable wall or off the wall. There may be no isolation between each circuit in the cabinet. It may also use grounded metal plates or insulation plates for isolation. Normally, the door is mechanically interlocked with the main switch operation. There is also a protected type switchgear (ie, a console) with controls, measurements, signals and other electrical appliances. Protective switchgear is mainly used as a power distribution device at the process site.

3, drawer switchgear. This kind of switchgear uses a steel plate to form a closed enclosure. The electrical components of the inlet and outlet circuit are all installed in drawers that can be extracted to form a functional unit that can complete a certain type of power supply task. Between the functional unit and the bus or cable, separated by a grounded metal plate or a plastic function board, the busbar, the functional unit and the cable are formed in three areas. There are also isolation measures between each functional unit. Drawer-type switchgears have high reliability, safety and interchangeability. They are relatively advanced switchgears. The switchgear currently produced is mostly a drawer-type switchgear. They are suitable for industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings requiring high reliability of power supply as a centralized power distribution center.

4, power, lighting distribution control box. Mostly closed vertical installation. Due to different occasions, the degree of protection of the shell is also different. They mainly serve as power distribution devices for industrial and mining enterprises.
