l.The circuit breaker is a kind of load switch with short circuit and overload protection function, and its short circuit protection function is realized by electromagnetic coil. The cause of the torching coil

1. Brake electromagnet mechanical failure. When the coil loosens the circuit breaker, the electromagnet is shifted, making the core card astringent, causing the coil to burn. Or because the activity of the core is short, when the switch circuit power is connected, the iron core does not open the mechanism to cause the coil to burn for a long time.


2. The circuit breaker is rejected. When the control circuit is normal, the fault of the circuit breaker is all the problem of connecting rod mechanism, such as the improper adjustment of the vertex, so that the power of the breaker is not able to remove the buckle in time. Or due to the failure of the locking mechanism, the coil is overloaded and the coil is burnt.


3. The trip adjustment of the auxiliary switch is not properly adjusted. When the circuit breaker is in the disjunctive state, the auxiliary switch should be adjusted to make it within the range of the lock status. However, after adjusting circuit breaker and parameters such as super journey, from the initial status of the circuit breaker points gate did not make a corresponding adjustment, will lead to can't normal points brake switch circuit, auxiliary switch and make break-brake coil burned.


4. Improper use of the auxiliary switch contact of the brake control loop. When the closing time of the circuit breaker is very short, it is much smaller than the breaker time of the circuit breaker. 5. Protection control device failure. 6. The resistance of the brake loop is large. Break-brake coil circuit insulation to reduce or control back to the line size is too small to cause the resistance is big, the shooting brake control circuit voltage drop is bigger, lead to the value of the voltage short of break-brake coil moves make break-brake coil charged burned for a long time.

Measures to prevent the torching of the locking coil


1. Will brake circuit delay dynamic contact change into a pair of moving contact, check the contact of the auxiliary switch and auxiliary switch turn arm screw, properly adjust the position of the auxiliary switch makes the auxiliary switch and circuit breaker closing position correctly and effectively.

2. Fix the lock coil, and check whether the core of the split coil is difficult or not.

3. The time of the brake instructions issued by the protection control device should be able to work with the split coil, and be able to exit the sublock instruction in a very short time.

4. In the annual maintenance work, should properly adjust circuit breaker linkage, check the freedom of the circuit breaker tripping is normal, at the test of low voltage action, whether can reliable trip between 30% to 30% of the rated voltage.
