1. Acceptance of bracket installation

The pv composite box adopts the fastener bracket, the fastening point should be firm, should not have the cushion unpressed equality phenomenon. The vertical degree and horizontal deviation of the mounting of the bracket shall conform to the relevant provisions of the current national standard "construction specification of photovoltaic power station". 2. Acceptance of pv module installation

The appearance and junction box and connector of the photovoltaic module shall be intact without scratches and cracks. The indirect plug-in connection of pv module should be strong, and the cable should be processed, neat and beautiful. The tilt Angle deviation of the photovoltaic module should not be greater than or minus 1. The height difference of adjacent pv modules is less than or equal to 2mm, and the high difference of pv components in the same group is less than 5mm. The insulation resistance of the square matrix should meet the design requirements. The photovoltaic module is tested with the open circuit voltage and  short circuit current of the pv group.

 3. Acceptance of pv composite box, inverter, electrical equipment installation

The combination box identification should be complete, the box body and the bracket connection should be firm. The appearance and main parts of the inverter should not be damaged or damp. The components should not be loose or lost. The label content of the inverter should meet the requirements, indicating the connection points and polarity of the load. The ac side of the inverter should be protected by insulation. The inverter should be firmly connected to the base. The installation and acceptance of transformers and transformers shall be in conformity with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "electrical installation engineering power transformer, oil immersed reactor, transformer construction and acceptance specification".

4. Acceptance of cable installation

The specifications of dc cables shall meet the design requirements; The sign should be complete, correct and clear. The fixed, bending radius and relative distance of dc cable should meet the design requirements. All grounding contacts and grounding poles of the dc cable line should be in good contact with the ground. The grounding resistance should meet the design requirements. Fire protection measures shall comply with the design requirements. The acceptance of ac cable installation shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current national standard, the construction and acceptance specifications of cable lines for installation of electrical installations.

5. Acceptance of the installation of monitoring system of photovoltaic system power station

The specifications, model and position of the cable shall conform to the design requirements, and the cables shall be arranged in a neat and artistic way. The cables should be closely aligned with each other, with neat appearance and uniform spacing. The signal transmission of signal transmission line should match the transmission distance, and the signal transmission quality should meet the design requirements. The signal transmission line and the power cable should be separated, reliable grounding. The installation of the environmental monitoring instrument shall be no less than 3, and the installation position shall be wide in view, and the occlusion of the sun and sun shall not be greater than 5 degrees during the year. The communication system should meet the requirement of dispatching automation, relay protection, safety automatic device, etc.

 

6. Acceptance of lightning protection and grounding installation

The construction of the lightning protection system of pv power station shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the design documents. The metal support of the terrestrial pv system should be connected with the main grounding network. Pv modules should be grounded reliably. The grounding of electric equipment such as tray, combination box and inverter should be strong and reliable, good guide, and metal plate door shall be reliably grounded in metal frame or grounding line. Photovoltaic power station of earthing resistance value should meet the design requirements (usually less than 4 Ω).
